JMIX® OW-LCB green

100% vegetable OW emulsifier that can be adjusted from milky lotion to cream according to the amount. Lamellar liquid crystal structure can be easily formed. It is possible to produce emulsions with a luxurious feel while providing a refreshing texture that blends well with the skin.

Ingredients

Emulsification technology: Glycerin-based activator capable of emulsifying major oil components such as esters, hydrocarbons, and vegetable oils. (*Origin: coconut, palm, sunflower, rapeseed, soybean)

Stabilization technology] We use polymers with a smooth texture to provide a pleasant, non-sticky feel while enhancing stability.

Manufacturing

After JMIX® OW-LCB green and any oils are uniformly mixed, the uniformly dissolved water system is gradually added with stirring to transfer a large amount of silicone gel in the inner phase. No heating is required for the emulsification process.

Heating is not a problem, but please take volatile components into consideration. (Recommended ratio: JMIX® OW-LCB green 40%, oil-based: water-based = 5.5:4.5)

If the amount of JMIX® OW-LCB green is reduced, the smooth feel will also be reduced, but emulsification is still possible with 30% to 35%. Please adjust the viscosity of the formulation with aqueous polymers, etc.
