Our Shinjuku factory is equipped with advanced equipment for developing liposome raw materials and high emulsification techniques, as well as facilities for measuring particle size distribution. We conduct daily research and development of new functional ingredients and design formulations that incorporate these developed materials.

Emulsification Technology & Cosmetics Manufacturing

In the manufacturing area, we have custom vacuum emulsification equipment, which includes a two-shaft homogenizer and a two-shaft stirrer, totaling a four-shaft vacuum kneader. This equipment allows for the speedy production of high-viscosity emulsified raw materials and cosmetics.

Additionally, both during and after the manufacturing process, our products undergo thorough inspections before they are finalized.

Furthermore, leveraging our expertise in developing our proprietary ingredients, we also offer contract testing for the efficacy and safety of Functional Ingredients.
